All staff at Simply Conveyancing understand that moving home is stressful and that every client has different needs and expectations, so we spend time getting to know you and you own individual requirements.

When you decide to instruct Simply Conveyancing, we will assign you a dedicated Lawyer who may be supported by a Legal Assistant. They will en-sure that you receive a highly professional, personal service and will support you throughout the process. You will also receive your Lawyer's individual contact details including their email address and direct dial telephone number.

Our Lawyer's are either Licenced Conveyancers, Solicitors, Legal Executives or have the relevant legal experience to handle the cases that are assigned to them. All Lawyer's are supervised by one of our Legal Director's who are qualified Licenced Conveyancers.

How to get in touch

The service provided by Simply Conveyancing is tailored to meet your individual needs and we understand that clients have different requirements in terms of communication. We therefore provide the following methods of getting in touch:

  •  You can contact your Lawyer via their direct dial telephone number or email address
  •  You can use our online web portal, eConvey which offers an online case tracker and instant chat facilities, direct to your lawyer
  •  You can download our mobile App which provides live updates on your case, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also message your Lawyer directly from the Simply Conveyancing App
  •  You can arrange a face to face meeting with your lawyer (our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) or you can use a Skype or WhatsApp video call
