of communication between client, estate agent and lawyer.

service sufficiently to recommend us to their clients.
History
The Simply Conveyancing brand started as a corporate panel manager and quickly grew to become one
the largest providers of conveyancing services in the UK. Early clients included Your Move, Friends
Provident Estate Agents, Halifax estate agents and eventually all brands of HBOS plc.
In 2009 we moved away from corporate panel management to concentrate on the independent estate
agency and mortgage broking market. Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers was formed and since then
has rapidly grown to become the highest rated residential conveyancing law firm on both Trustpilot
and Feefo.
We operate from offices in the East Midlands and London where we employ over 100 staff dedicated
to residential conveyancing services.
